• Course Assistant Coach

1. Prerequisites
   1. Should have attended the practitioner or master practitioner course and a refresher with NLP Authority
   2. Keen interest, communication skills, energetic presence and a keen sense of responsibility
   3. Technical skills like camera management and data transfer on a computer
   4. Availability of time as defined per program.

2. Duration

   1. 15 Days (for assistantship in Practitioner including the preparation days, course days and post course backup)

   2. 30 Days (for assistantship in Master Coach/Practitioner including the preparation days, course days and post course backup)

3. Responsibilities

   1. Pre-Course Days

      1. Relationship Management: Building a close contact with prospects & participants of the course, understanding their objectives and helping them to be a part of the training program.  Organising meetings with the trainer.
         (Presence required on phone only)

      2. Pre-Course Arrangement: Assisting in arrangement of logistics (Venue, Stationary, Food etc) (Presence at Venue for one day only before the course)

   2. Course Days

      1. Reaching 45 minutes before course timings and assist in setting up venue and days requirements, and staying 30 minutes after the course to set up venue and facilities for the next day.

      2. Welcoming & guiding participants in the morning.

      3. Helping participants during the day for their learnings, specially in activities, and sharing issues with trainer.

      4. Ensure food, tea etc is taken care of in the most comfortable manner, for participants.

      5. Manage Video & Photo recordings during the day and transferring data to computer every evening.

      6. Manage Feedback and Feedback recording.

   3. Post Course Days

      1. Coach people with their objectives and assignments, if any.

      2. Help participants upgrade to the next level of course.

      3. Help participants to come for individual sessions if required, to the coach.
